Internal Monitoring
VSI's telephone and dialer systems have monitoring capabilities. We conduct daily call monitoring and file audit reviews ensuring collector performance, procedures adherence and FDCPA compliance. 

Client Monitoring
While on-site, you will have a dedicated workspace that includes a computer, telephone and fax capabiltiies where you will can directly monitor calls.  In addition, you will have access to vital information about performance and results through our customized Web browser.
