Leadership    Original owners provide on-site, full-time leadership

Experience    The Vital Solutions, Inc. team is built on industry experience, with full time employees averaging 4 years and supervisors averaging 8 years

Staffing         Our Account Representatives meet rigorous background checks including a criminal record search, drug testing and previous employment verification

Training        Employees complete a minimum of five days of comprehensive classroom training initially, and ongoing training development during their first 90 days ( Depending on client program requirements, specific client training may also be done)

Monitoring    All employees are closely monitored both during and after training to ensure compliance with both Vital Solutions’ and the client’s performance standards
